Community Donations & Sponsorships

At FUSHCO, LLC, we are proud to support the organizations, events, and initiatives that make our community a better place to live, work, and gather.

Because we receive many requests throughout the year, all donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted using our Community Donation & Sponsorship Request Form. Providing complete information helps our Executive Committee fairly evaluate each request and determine how our available resources can create the greatest positive impact.

Requests are reviewed once each month. Please submit your completed form at least 30 days before your event or needed-by date. Although we cannot approve every request, each completed application will receive thoughtful consideration.

To submit a request:

1. Download and complete the request form. (You may complete the request form online)
2. Include any event flyers, sponsorship information, or supporting documents.
3. Return the completed form using the submission instructions provided.
